Job Description

The Electrical & Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all electrical and mechanical maintenance activities at the Hattar pharmaceutical facility. Key responsibilities include leading a maintenance team, ensuring the proper operation of HVAC systems, production machinery, and other electrical equipment.

The supervisor will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure minimal downtime during production shifts. Responsibilities also include coordinating maintenance schedules, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, implementing safety protocols, and liaising with management for process improvement initiatives.

Additionally, the supervisor will oversee the repair and installation of electrical components, monitor equipment performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. They will also mentor junior technicians, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and actively participate in continuous improvement projects.

Eligibility Criteria
