Job Description
The hiring company is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in biscuits manufacturing processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical and instrumentation systems within the manufacturing plant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing electrical and instrumentation systems in biscuit production lines.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining sensors, PLCs, motors, drives, and automation controls.
- Implementing preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime and improve efficiency.
- Supporting continuous improvements, upgrades, and process modifications for enhanced productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
- Providing technical expertise during machine installations, commissioning, and automation upgrades.
This role requires candidates to have direct biscuits manufacturing industry experience, as familiarity with its processes, machinery, and instrumentation systems is critical.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience in biscuits manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- Specialization: Hands-on experience with electrical and instrumentation systems, including automation, PLC programming, VFDs, and process instrumentation.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, troubleshooting, and process controls.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Must have prior experience working with biscuit manufacturing machinery and production lines.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced production environment.
