Job Description

The role of Engineer/Senior Engineer at Innovative Pvt. Ltd. is a highly dynamic and technical position designed for individuals who are ready to take ownership of key engineering functions. The incumbent will be responsible for handling electrical and electronic equipment, with a particular focus on ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) and CSMs (Cash and Cheque Deposit Machines).

Complaint Resolution
- Timely resolution of assigned complaints related to ATMs and CSMs.
- Ensuring that all complaints are addressed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Implementing structured troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Installation and Commissioning
- Carrying out the installation of ATMs and CSMs at designated locations across Lahore.
- Ensuring correct setup, configuration, and calibration of machines during the installation process.
- Coordinating with financial institutions and site managers to confirm readiness and proper functioning of installed systems.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Applying precise troubleshooting methods to diagnose problems.
- Conducting hardware and software checks on ATM and CSM equipment.
- Minimizing downtime by implementing quick yet reliable solutions.
Root Cause Analysis
- Preparing and submitting detailed root cause analyses for recurring or critical issues.
- Identifying underlying patterns or systemic problems that require long-term corrective action.
- Sharing insights with senior management to improve processes and prevent future issues.
Reporting and Documentation
- Developing analytical reports based on field activities and technical observations.
