Job Description
The Engineering Manager will lead InTech Worldwide’s software engineering team and be responsible for delivering high-quality applications across multiple projects. The role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise and leadership experience to guide engineers through the entire software development life cycle. The candidate will act as a key decision-maker in designing software architecture, establishing coding standards, and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.
Daily responsibilities include overseeing development activities, reviewing code, and ensuring that project timelines are met. The Engineering Manager will coordinate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to align development priorities with business goals. This involves translating high-level product requirements into actionable technical tasks, managing resources effectively, and monitoring project progress.
