Job Description

The Estimation & Design Intern at LantroTech is responsible for supporting the E&D team in the preparation of electrical and IT cost estimates, design documentation, and project coordination. Interns gain practical exposure to construction project workflows, learning how to convert technical drawings into accurate project costs and designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing electrical/IT cost estimates and material take-offs.
Support the interpretation of electrical and construction drawings and specifications.
Aid in the collection and analysis of vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Participate in the creation of budgets, scope letters, and shop drawings.
Utilize AutoCAD and estimation software to support project documentation.
Assist in identifying cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities.
