Job Description

The available positions are central to supporting high-level engineering and project delivery in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. The Lead Instrument Engineer and Lead Technical Safety Engineer roles require a minimum of 14 years of experience, focusing on leadership and decision-making responsibilities within instrumentation and safety disciplines. They will be expected to guide teams, manage technical reviews, and ensure compliance with both project requirements and international standards.

The Senior Instrument Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Senior Contracts Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, and Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static) roles are designed for professionals with at least 12 years of experience. These positions involve detailed design, project execution, technical analysis, and coordination across various engineering and commercial functions. Candidates must demonstrate depth in their specializations, whether in instrumentation, electrical systems, process engineering, contracts, or mechanical equipment.

For those with slightly less experience, the Mechanical Engineer (Static/Rotating) and Cost Engineer/Cost Estimating Engineer roles offer excellent opportunities. These positions require a minimum of 8 years of experience and demand strong technical and analytical skills. Mechanical engineers will contribute to both static and rotating machinery aspects, while cost engineers will be responsible for accurate cost evaluations, budgeting, and financial assessments of projects.

Each role involves working within multidisciplinary teams, engaging with international project stakeholders, and ensuring that the company delivers solutions that meet high-quality standards. Successful applicants will be part of a dynamic environment where their input directly influences project outcomes in the UK energy sector.

Educational qualifications should include a degree in engineering relevant to the role being applied for, such as Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Instrumentation, or Cost Engineering. Postgraduate qualifications and additional certifications in areas such as project management, safety, or contracts may strengthen an application.

In addition to technical expertise, candidates must show strong communication and teamwork skills. The roles require close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to work effectively in international and culturally diverse environments. A proven track record in delivering results on time and in line with project standards is also essential.

Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory. Applicants must either hold the right to work or possess valid work permits. Strong knowledge of international engineering codes, industry standards, and health and safety regulations is also expected. Those who have previously worked on major EPC or PMC projects in the oil and gas sector will be considered highly competitive.
