Job Description

The Executive (Aftersales / Purchasing) role is designed for fresh engineering graduates who want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. This position offers exposure to both after-sales operations and purchasing functions, providing a strong foundation in supply chain coordination, vendor management, and customer support systems.

The selected candidate will support after-sales activities, including coordination with dealerships, parts availability planning, service support processes, and quality-related follow-ups. The role also involves assisting in purchasing operations such as supplier coordination, procurement documentation, order tracking, and internal reporting.

The executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely support. This position provides hands-on exposure to automotive systems, operational workflows, and Honda’s global quality standards.

Through structured learning and on-the-job training, the candidate will gain practical insight into automotive aftersales management, purchasing systems, and operational excellence while working in a professional corporate environment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements.

Applicants must hold a B.ScAn engineeringng degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience is not mandatory for this role.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of engineering concepts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with data and reports.
