Job Description

Position: Fresh Graduate Engineer

Archirodon Group N.V. is offering an exceptional opportunity for fresh graduates in the fields of Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering to join its team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for young engineers looking to gain real-world experience in a challenging yet supportive work environment.

As a Fresh Graduate Engineer at Archirodon, you will begin your journey in the engineering and construction industry by working alongside experienced professionals on large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. You will be exposed to multidisciplinary teams and gain valuable insight into the project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior engineers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.
Assist in preparing and reviewing design documents, technical drawings, and construction plans.
Participate in site visits to monitor ongoing activities, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and safety teams to ensure smooth project operations.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation, and technical proposals.
Gain exposure to construction materials, methods, and project scheduling tools.
Learn project management techniques, including budgeting, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
Engage in on-the-job learning and formal training sessions designed to develop your professional skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience:

Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong academic foundation in your respective engineering discipline.
Basic understanding of engineering design principles, construction methods, and project management.
