2. Job Description
Precimech is currently hiring Fresh Instrumentation Engineers to join its technical team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position aimed at recent engineering graduates who want to build their careers from the ground up in a dynamic industrial environment.
The selected candidates will be placed in instrumentation teams working under experienced engineers and supervisors. Their work will primarily involve assisting in the setup, calibration, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment used in industrial automation, control systems, and plant monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in installation and commissioning of instrumentation devices across client sites.
- Support the testing and calibration of field instruments such as pressure sensors, level transmitters, flow meters, and analyzers.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs (piping and instrumentation diagrams).
- Follow standard operating procedures and industry safety protocols during installation and testing.
- Help in preparing technical documentation, site reports, and quality checklists.
- Gain familiarity with DCS, SCADA, and PLC-based control environments under supervision.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support during maintenance shutdowns and routine servicing.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, interacting with mechanical, electrical, and automation professionals.
This role will involve on-site presence at industrial locations, including process plants, utilities, and large-scale manufacturing units across Saudi Arabia. It’s a great opportunity for those looking to work in real-world engineering environments from day one.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Precimech is inviting applications from candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Education:
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering or a closely related discipline such as Control Systems or Industrial Automation.
Experience:
- This opening is exclusively for fresh graduates, ideally those who graduated in 2024 or 2025.
- No prior full-time job experience is required; however, internships or academic project experience will be considered a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of instrumentation concepts such as sensors, transmitters, calibration techniques, and control systems.
- Knowledge of measurement principles for pressure, temperature, flow, and level.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and manuals.
- Familiarity with software tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, or engineering simulation tools (optional but helpful).
- Good command over basic electrical and signal concepts, loop diagrams, and panel layouts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interest in fieldwork and practical learning.
- Willingness to work in industrial environments and travel between project sites.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.
- High attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and work responsibly as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid passport and any other required travel documentation.
- Preference may be given to candidates who are already on a visit visa in the UAE or KSA, although it is not mandatory.
