We are currently hiring for Frontend Developers, Python Developers, and AI Developers who can hit the ground running. These roles are full-time, on-site positions at our Lahore office and ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1+ years of hands-on experience. Job Description – Developer Positions
We’re looking to fill several technical roles within our development team. All roles are based in DHA Phase 2, Lahore, and require immediate joiners. These positions are ideal for developers looking for a challenging yet supportive environment.
1. Frontend Developer (2 Positions)
As a Frontend Developer, you’ll work closely with designers and backend engineers to build responsive and modern user interfaces. The role requires basic experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and an understanding of responsive design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Work with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for speed and responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and fix frontend issues across browsers and devices
Tools & Skills:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- React.js or Vue.js (preferred)
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Version control (Git)
2. Python Developer (3 Positions)
As a Python Developer, you’ll be part of our backend development team, building APIs, automating processes, and working on data-intensive applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or Django
- Integrate third-party services and databases
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code
- Work with frontend and AI teams for system integration
Tools & Skills:
- Python 3.x, Flask/Django
- SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- API development and integration
- Git version control
3. AI Developer (2 Positions)
As an AI Developer, you’ll assist in building machine learning models, AI pipelines, and automation tools for our clients and internal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and training of machine learning models
- Work with large datasets and preprocess data
- Implement AI features in real-time applications
- Support the team in research and development of new AI capabilities
Tools & Skills:
- Python, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn
- Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Data visualization (matplotlib/seaborn)
- Understanding of basic ML algorithms

Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements:

For Frontend Developers:
- 6 months to 1 year of frontend development experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with React.js, Vue.js, or other modern frameworks
- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
For Python Developers:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on backend development using Python
- Proficiency in Django or Flask framework
- Basic understanding of API structures, authentication, and middleware
- Comfortable with database design and integration
For AI Developers:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with machine learning or AI tools
- Familiar with basic ML algorithms and model deployment
- Python programming skills (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn)
- Ability to read research papers and implement logic into practical code is a bonus
