Job Description
The position of General Manager, Student Admissions at Orange Tree Foundation is a strategic leadership role that requires a balance of operational efficiency, emotional intelligence, and vision. The role is best suited for a professional who has extensive experience in leading admissions processes at a reputed school, college, or university, combined with a passion for social impact.
As General Manager, you will lead and manage the admissions team while ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the scholarship awarding process. The role requires fostering meaningful relationships with educational institutions nationwide, ensuring disadvantaged students are given fair opportunities to access scholarships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the scholarship awarding process, ensuring transparency, fairness, and efficiency.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and universities across Pakistan.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the admissions team to achieve excellence in execution.
- Managing admissions data, reports, and documentation to support accountability and transparency.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders such as donors, partner organizations, and government bodies.
- Representing Orange Tree Foundation in national and regional forums related to education.
- Ensuring the admissions process aligns with the foundation’s vision of accessibility and equality in education.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the role of General Manager, Student Admissions, candidates should meet the following requirements:
