Company Introduction
ROCKSOFT TECH LTD is an emerging force in Pakistan’s technology-driven infrastructure sector, offering innovative engineering and automation solutions across multiple domains, including civil construction, energy systems, industrial automation, and smart city infrastructure. The company is based in Pakistan and is rapidly evolving into a modern engineering and project management entity that prioritizes quality, integrity, and gender inclusion.
Established with the mission to blend traditional engineering with modern digital tools, ROCKSOFT TECH LTD has built a reputation for delivering smart solutions that are both economically feasible and technically robust. The company is a growing favorite among government and private clients for its practical approach to challenges and its commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.
What sets ROCKSOFT TECH LTD apart is its focus on talent development. The company doesn’t just invest in machinery and software—it invests in people. The leadership at Rocksoft believes that the future of the engineering sector lies in inclusive teams, especially encouraging the role of women in the male-dominated engineering landscape in Pakistan. In line with this belief, the company is actively expanding its workforce to include more female engineers, giving them the platform, tools, and mentorship they need to succeed.
Over the last few years, the company has completed a number of medium to large-scale projects including civil infrastructure projects for housing societies, smart energy integrations for commercial buildings, and control automation systems for various industries. Their multidisciplinary teams work on projects from planning to implementation, and this hands-on, cross-functional experience makes Rocksoft an ideal launchpad for fresh graduates.
The company is built on a team-oriented culture. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, challenge norms, and push the boundaries of innovation. The management fosters an open-door policy where even junior engineers can contribute to high-impact decisions. This approach builds confidence, accelerates learning, and ensures a dynamic, high-trust workplace.
ROCKSOFT TECH LTD also has a structured internal training framework for new recruits, particularly graduate engineers. The company offers mentoring by senior professionals, exposure to real-world projects, and regular evaluations to ensure a steep learning curve. New employees are not just given tasks—they are taught how to think like project leaders.
In line with its long-term vision to bridge the gender gap in the technical workforce, ROCKSOFT TECH LTD is now launching a dedicated Female Graduate Hiring Program. This initiative focuses on hiring fresh female graduates from Civil, Electrical, and Mechatronics Engineering backgrounds. It is designed to nurture the next generation of female leaders in engineering by offering them real industry exposure, skill development, and growth opportunities.
This hiring program comes at a time when Pakistan’s engineering ecosystem needs more diversity and inclusivity. Many women graduate with engineering degrees but don’t find the kind of workplace support they need to build a long-term career. ROCKSOFT TECH LTD is addressing this challenge directly with structured mentorship, manageable learning curves, and a safe, inclusive work environment.
If you’re a fresh female graduate who’s passionate about engineering and looking for a place to grow—ROCKSOFT TECH LTD might just be your ideal first step.
Job Description
The opportunity being offered is for fresh female graduates in Civil, Electrical, and Mechatronics Engineering who are eager to step into the world of real-world engineering. This is not just a job—it’s a guided launch into your professional journey.
The selected candidates will be joining as Graduate Engineers and will be assigned to live projects across multiple disciplines. From day one, they will receive structured training and practical exposure under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of what this role includes:
Engineering Design and Documentation
As a graduate engineer, you’ll start with design-based tasks. You will assist senior engineers in preparing design documents, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding architectural blueprints. In the Civil Engineering stream, this may include structural layouts, load calculations, BOQs, and material take-offs. For Electrical and Mechatronics, it might involve wiring diagrams, PLC programming documentation, control panel designs, and component selection.
Site Visits and Field Work
Rocksoft believes that on-ground exposure is essential. You’ll frequently accompany senior engineers on site visits, understanding how theory translates into practice. You’ll learn about construction quality control, compliance with standards, on-site problem-solving, and the role of engineers in managing subcontractors and vendors.
Project Coordination
Engineers are not isolated thinkers—they’re part of project teams. You’ll be assisting project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking. Through this, you’ll learn how to communicate across departments and how to keep projects moving forward in real-world conditions.
Client and Vendor Interaction
An essential soft skill you’ll develop is communication. Depending on the department, you may assist in drafting proposals, replying to client queries, or arranging vendor visits. You’ll learn how to interact professionally and represent your organization’s technical competence with confidence.
Technical Training and Workshops
All selected candidates will participate in technical training modules designed to equip you with tools relevant to your field. These could include CAD software, engineering simulation tools, project management software (like Primavera or MS Project), and site safety training.
Reporting and Documentation
You’ll be expected to maintain logs, update progress sheets, write field visit reports, and prepare presentations for internal review. This not only enhances your documentation skills but also helps you reflect on what you’ve learned each day.
Mentorship and Feedback
Each graduate engineer will be assigned a mentor—a senior engineer who will track your progress, guide your technical growth, and help you overcome challenges. Biweekly feedback sessions will help you identify areas of improvement and design a personal development plan.
Growth Path
Although the position is initially designed as an entry-level role, it is part of a larger plan. Engineers who perform well may be offered permanent roles in the company, transition to project leadership roles, or even be nominated for additional certifications and international collaborations.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Wants a balance between fieldwork and office work
- Is curious about how engineering theory applies in real life
- Seeks mentorship from seasoned professionals
- Desires long-term growth in a stable and supportive company
- Wants to build a name in a male-dominated industry
This is more than a job—this is a starting point for a long-term engineering career.
Eligibility Criteria
ROCKSOFT TECH LTD has a clear and focused eligibility requirement for this program. The idea is to offer a fair opportunity to fresh female engineers who might otherwise struggle to find inclusive workplaces.

- Those awaiting final transcripts but who have completed final year exams may also apply

- Preference may be given to candidates who are mobile and can relocate or travel if required by the project
This eligibility framework reflects ROCKSOFT TECH LTD’s commitment to training talent, not just selecting the top of the class. If you’re a smart, responsible, and curious individual with a passion for engineering, this opportunity is made for you.
