Job Description
The role of a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd. is structured to provide comprehensive exposure to production, quality, and process optimization. As part of the Production Team, GETs will work on live manufacturing processes, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and safety standards are met while developing technical and managerial capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to the daily production plan to ensure optimum line output.
- Effective utilization of manpower and ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Maintaining production quality and quantity standards while minimizing rework and rejections.
- Operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machines as per standard procedures.
- Ensuring operator safety, 5S compliance, and TPM implementation on the production floor.
- Supporting MSES (Manufacturing System Evaluation Standards) and ensuring operational compliance.
- Driving process improvements through innovative ideas and Kaizen initiatives.
- Monitoring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
