Job Description
The Graduate Trainees Program (GTP) at Qarshi Industries is a well-structured, one-year career acceleration program that provides young professionals with practical exposure, mentorship, and project-based learning across multiple business functions. The program aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world corporate requirements by placing you in key departments of the organization.
Participants will be placed in one of the following departments based on their educational background, skills, and interests:
- Accounts & Finance
- Marketing
- Human Resources (HR)
- Information Technology (IT) / Digital Transformation (D.T.)
- Sales and Channel Development
- Procurement Department
Once inducted, Graduate Trainees will be assigned to live projects, daily departmental operations, and task-specific responsibilities. You won’t just observe—you’ll participate, contribute, and grow. Eligibility Criteria
