Job Description

The Head of School will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of school operations. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement strategic plans for academic and operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff to ensure high performance.
Oversee curriculum delivery, student assessment, and educational outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Beaconhouse policies, educational standards, and regulatory requirements.
