Job Description
The HR Associate will assist the HR department in executing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, record management, and administrative support. This role is designed for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who wish to gain a solid foundation in HR operations while contributing to a growing organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, shortlisting applicants, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing necessary documentation will also be key responsibilities.
