Job Description
As an HR Executive at INTECH Automation & Intelligence, you will be responsible for overseeing daily human resources functions, ensuring compliance with local laws, and maintaining a strong, employee-centric workplace culture. The role demands a professional with a balanced blend of administrative expertise, interpersonal skills, and a strategic approach to HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and support requests. Foster open communication, ensure fair resolutions, and maintain a positive work environment aligned with INTECH’s values.
- Offboarding & Exit Processes: Manage all offboarding activities, including exit interviews, clearance processes, and documentation. Provide insights from exit data to improve retention strategies.
- Performance Management: Support the execution of regular performance reviews, including mid-year and annual appraisal cycles. Assist managers in evaluating performance and developing growth plans for employees.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the creation, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures that align with corporate standards and local regulations.
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure that all HR operations comply with applicable labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies. Stay updated with legal developments to maintain compliance.
- Payroll & Attendance: Collaborate with the finance department to manage payroll processes, attendance monitoring, and employee records. Ensure accurate salary processing and compliance with taxation and deductions.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, leaves, allowances, and other welfare programs. Maintain accurate and confidential employee data.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate workplace conflicts, provide counseling where necessary, and promote a culture of respect and teamwork.
- HR Data & Analytics: Maintain HR databases, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
- Talent Development: Assist in organizing workshops, training programs, and development sessions that enhance employee skills and productivity.
The HR Executive will also contribute to organizational development initiatives that align employee goals with business outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with senior HR professionals, department heads, and leadership teams to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication across all departments.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the HR Executive position at INTECH Automation & Intelligence, candidates must meet the following educational, professional, and personal attributes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, including exposure to payroll management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong command over HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
