Job Description

The HR Officer at Sukhan Private Limited will be responsible for overseeing various human resource functions, ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations across departments. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, documentation, attendance management, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and post job advertisements across online platforms and networks.
  • Source and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews, coordinating with department heads for final assessments.
  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR records.
  • Prepare joining documents, offer letters, confirmations, and experience letters.
  • Manage attendance records, leave applications, and employee timesheets.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely salary disbursement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Monitor employee discipline, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing performance appraisal systems and setting KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including turnover, headcount, and absenteeism statistics.
