Job Description

The Human Resource Management Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, assisting in day-to-day HR processes and contributing to the organization and maintenance of employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and update HR documents such as contracts, agreements, and onboarding forms.
  • Support the digitalization of HR records and ensure proper filing systems.
  • Verify that all documentation complies with company policies and labor regulations.
