Tozi Design Agency is offering an exciting on-site internship opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start their career in Human Resources. This role is based at the company’s office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. As an HR Intern, candidates will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, record management, and employee engagement. The position is designed to help young professionals build a strong foundation in HR practices while working in a creative and fast-paced environment.

This internship provides a chance to learn directly from HR professionals and management teams, exposing interns to both administrative and operational aspects of human resources. Job Description

The HR Intern will support the management in day-to-day human resource operations. Responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment by sourcing and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. The intern will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring proper HR documentation is up to date and accessible.

Onboarding and orientation processes will also be part of the role, giving interns the opportunity to work closely with new hires and help them integrate into the company. Interns will also coordinate with management on HR assignments, including employee engagement activities and administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

This is a practical role where interns will interact with staff across different departments, contribute ideas, and provide valuable support to HR processes. Interns will also get exposure to HR strategies and employee relations, making it a well-rounded learning experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
