Job Description
The Industrial Engineering Executive (IE Executive) at ACI will play a key role in driving process efficiency, workflow optimization, and productivity enhancements for client organizations. This role is offered on a retainership basis, providing flexibility while contributing significantly to industrial engineering initiatives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, conducting time and motion studies, and identifying areas for improvement. By applying lean tools and industrial engineering techniques, the IE Executive will help clients optimize resources, reduce waste, and implement standardized processes that enhance overall efficiency.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing detailed reports, and recommending actionable improvements. The role requires close collaboration with client teams to understand workflows, bottlenecks, and areas where process interventions can create measurable impact.
The position emphasizes the practical application of industrial engineering knowledge, including time study, work measurement, and productivity analysis. Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial engineering experience; experience in the textile sector is an advantage.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data collection, time and motion study, and workflow analysis.
