NADRA is Hiring: Intelligence Officer – Lahore Region (Contractual)

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is accepting applications for the position of Intelligence Officer (Contractual) for its Lahore Region. NADRA, known for managing national identity infrastructure, is seeking experienced individuals, particularly those with intelligence backgrounds, to strengthen its regional field operations.
2. Job Description
The Intelligence Officer will work across multiple field offices in the Lahore region, supporting intelligence and operational activities in areas such as:
- Lahore
- Sialkot
- Gujranwala
- Nankana Sahib
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out field intelligence operations as per departmental protocols
- Use intelligence knowledge to support NADRA’s regional security objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure information gathering is accurate and reliable
This is a contract-based position for a term of 5 years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Matric (Minimum)
- Age Limit: Up to 52 years (5-year age relaxation already included)
- Required Course: Must have completed a 3-month Intelligence Course from one of the following (for male candidates only):
- SMI, DSI/NIA, SOI, Naval Intelligence, IB Academy
- Experience (for male candidates): Minimum 4 years post-course field intelligence experience
- Female Candidates: Not required to have formal course training, but prior experience in any intelligence agency is preferred (attach experience certificate with CV)
- Preferred Background: Retired JCOs/NCOs/Inspectors/Sub-Inspectors from Military, Police, or Civil Intelligence Agencies
- Language Skills: Proficiency in regional languages will be preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Medical fitness and character certificate required upon selection
- Government/semi-government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- All educational certificates must be attested
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview
- Electronic devices are not allowed during testing or interviews
