2. Job Description
Turnotech Pvt Ltd. is hiring Interns for the Huawei GSC – MBB Design Project. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Islamabad, and is ideal for fresh graduates who want to work in telecom design and network deployment.
Internship Highlights:
- Duration: 3 Months
- Monthly Stipend: PKR 20,000
- Project: Huawei Global Service Center – Mobile Broadband (MBB) Design
- Location: Islamabad (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in mobile broadband network design for Huawei projects
- Work on design tools and documentation standards required by the Huawei GSC
- Participate in site planning, layout creation, and MBB infrastructure drawings
- Conduct technical research and assist in compiling design proposals
- Support the project team with daily coordination, task updates, and reporting
- Maintain version control of design files and ensure adherence to project requirements
Interns will be trained in Huawei’s systems and will get exposure to real-time telecom network design processes. This opportunity offers a clear understanding of how large-scale telecom design projects are executed in a structured, high-demand environment.
Interns showing excellent performance during the internship period may be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the program.
3. Eligibility Criteria
This internship is aimed at fresh graduates looking to step into the telecom industry.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed recently) in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Telecom Engineering
- Electronics Engineering (if telecom-focused)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of mobile networks, including 4G/LTE technologies
- Familiarity with technical drawing tools and design principles is a plus
- Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good analytical and research skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and documentation
- Willingness to learn and follow structured telecom design methodologies
Preferred Traits:
- Attention to detail and organized approach to technical tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to gain real-world project exposure and grow professionally
No prior experience is required. However, academic projects, internships, or training in telecom-related areas will be viewed positively.
