Job Description
The Matrix Pharma Internship Program 2025 offers selected candidates an immersive experience in the operations of a modern pharmaceutical company. Interns will have the chance to contribute to various departments while developing essential professional and technical skills.
1. Quality Control Department:
Interns in the Quality Control (QC) department will work alongside trained chemists and analysts, learning about product testing, sample analysis, and laboratory documentation. They will gain exposure to analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometers, and dissolution testers, and will understand the importance of testing procedures that ensure medicine safety and efficacy. The QC internship will help participants strengthen their analytical skills and attention to detail while learning the global standards of pharmaceutical testing.
2. Production Department:
In the Production department, interns will observe and participate in the manufacturing process, from raw material handling to packaging of finished goods. They will learn how production lines operate under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and will gain insights into equipment operation, process control, and quality compliance. 3. Engineering (Electronics/Mechatronics):
