Job Description:
We are currently looking for an IT Assistant/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations and ensuring the seamless performance of network, hardware, and system software.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to network, software, and hardware

Install and backup operating systems and applications

Manage and back up server systems

Maintain the company’s networking infrastructure

Troubleshoot and back up CCTV systems

Handle any other IT-related tasks assigned by management
Eligibility Criteria:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of networking, systems, and hardware

Ability to handle system backups and server maintenance
-
Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Experience with CCTV systems is a plus
