Job Description:

We are currently looking for an IT Assistant/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations and ensuring the seamless performance of network, hardware, and system software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to network, software, and hardware

• Install and backup operating systems and applications

• Manage and back up server systems

• Maintain the company’s networking infrastructure

• Troubleshoot and back up CCTV systems

• Handle any other IT-related tasks assigned by management

Eligibility Criteria:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of networking, systems, and hardware

• Ability to handle system backups and server maintenance

• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with CCTV systems is a plus
