Job Description
The IT Intern role at UnrealPays is designed for individuals who are at the beginning of their career journey and eager to learn. This is a remote position, providing flexibility in terms of location and working hours, while ensuring exposure to real-world IT tasks. The internship will focus on building foundational skills in IT systems, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic IT Troubleshooting: Assist with diagnosing and resolving basic IT issues, including hardware and software problems.
- System Support: Provide support for system installations, updates, and configurations under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with team members using online collaboration tools to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
