We are now hiring for the position of Junior Executive HR for our Multan Region, and we invite applications from fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience in Human Resources.


2. Job Description

The Junior Executive HR will be responsible for supporting HR operations in the Multan region. This is a generalist role that combines administrative duties with core HR functions, such as recruitment, attendance tracking, training coordination, and employee benefits management.

The selected individual will work directly under the Regional HR Head and will serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees in the area. The role demands a high level of responsibility, accuracy in recordkeeping, and strong interpersonal skills to deal with staff and public service organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to HR Queries:
    Handle internal and external HR inquiries from employees, job applicants, and department heads. Escalate issues to senior HR personnel when needed while maintaining professional communication.
  • Personnel Record Management:
    Maintain updated employee records including attendance logs, leave balances, and overtime details. Ensure payroll data is complete and accurate for salary processing.
  • Recruitment Support:
    Assist in the hiring process for the Multan region. This includes posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and participating in onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Payroll Coordination:
    Collaborate with the payroll team to verify timesheets, overtime claims, and trip data. Ensure timely reconciliation of discrepancies and submission of final data for salary disbursement.
  • Training & Scheduling:
    Schedule and coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and internal workshops. Assist in maintaining records of training attendance and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Government Liaison:
    Coordinate with departments such as EOBI, Social Security, and Labour Offices to ensure compliance and support employee benefit claims. Prepare documentation required for employee registrations or benefits.
  • HR Reporting:
    Compile and present monthly reports covering attendance trends, hiring activity, employee turnover, and HR-related metrics specific to the Multan region.

This position requires regular communication with HR teams at the head office, coordination with regional operational staff, and responsiveness to field issues. It’s ideal for individuals looking to begin their HR career in a structured and high-volume organization.


3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the role of Junior Executive HR, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
  • Candidates with HR certifications or coursework in payroll, labor laws, or industrial relations will have an advantage

Experience:

  • 3 to 12 months of experience in an HR department or relevant internship experience
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, attendance management systems, and HR documentation is preferred
  • Fresh graduates who have completed HR internships are encouraged to apply

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing files and data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a service-oriented mindset

Knowledge of Regional Context:

  • Candidates familiar with HR practices in Multan or South Punjab will be preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and local labor laws is desirable
