Job Description
The Junior Manager – Maintenance & Operations will be an essential part of the Cold Chain team at HICO Ice Cream, responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems across multiple sites. The role demands both strategic understanding and hands-on technical expertise to ensure that all electrical and energy systems operate efficiently and reliably.
The key responsibility of the Junior Manager will be to oversee the operation and maintenance of low and high-voltage (LV/HV) electrical systems. This includes managing switchgear, panels, UPS units, lighting systems, and backup power generators. The role also involves the supervision of solar setups installed across various operational sites, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective energy management.
A major part of this position focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. The selected individual will design and implement maintenance schedules, monitor system performance, and ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The objective is to reduce downtime, optimize energy usage, and enhance equipment life cycles.
The Junior Manager will be expected to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
