Job Description

Fauji Foundation is seeking a qualified and experienced HR professional to join its Head Office team as Junior Manager – Organizational Development & Talent Management. This role is designed for individuals who have strong expertise in organizational development practices and are capable of aligning HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.

The selected candidate will play a key role in improving organizational effectiveness through structured frameworks and development initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and implementing organizational development programs, supporting change management initiatives, and strengthening talent management processes across departments.

The role requires active involvement in performance management systems. The Junior Manager will support the development, monitoring, and evaluation of performance appraisal frameworks to ensure fairness, accountability, and alignment with corporate goals.

Another core responsibility is conducting learning needs analysis and developing training programs to address skill gaps. The candidate will work closely with department heads to identify training requirements and implement structured learning interventions that improve workforce capability.

The position also involves developing and refining talent management frameworks, succession planning initiatives, and employee development programs. The Junior Manager will help build a pipeline of high-potential employees through structured assessment and development strategies.

Strong analytical skills are required, as the candidate will utilize HR analytics to evaluate workforce trends, training effectiveness, and performance outcomes. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and presentation tools such as Canva is essential for reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.

The role demands clear and professional communication skills. The selected individual will coordinate with leadership teams, facilitate workshops, and contribute to internal communications related to HR initiatives and change programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the position of Junior Manager – Organizational Development & Talent Management must meet the following requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development frameworks and change management practices.
  • Experience in designing and managing performance management systems.
