2. Job Description
We’re hiring a Junior Trainer to support technical and soft-skills training related to solar energy systems. The role includes assisting in the delivery of training on installation, maintenance, safety, and sustainability practices. You’ll work closely with senior trainers to help participants gain practical, hands-on skills.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in training and development
- Prior teaching/training experience is a plus but not required
