Job Description
Treet Battery Limited is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join as Management Trainee Engineers. This program is designed for young professionals who have recently completed their degrees in engineering and are looking for an entry point into a structured, hands-on, and future-oriented industrial environment. The program provides extensive exposure to various departments, real-time projects, and performance-driven mentorship from industry experts.
As a Management Trainee Engineer (MTE), you will be part of a 12-month intensive program aimed at equipping you with technical, operational, and leadership skills. During this period, trainees will rotate across multiple functions such as production, quality control, R&D, maintenance, and safety to gain a holistic understanding of battery manufacturing operations. The program ensures that you are not confined to one narrow stream, but rather develop a comprehensive grasp of how the entire plant operates and how engineering principles are practically applied at scale.
Your initial placement will begin with a detailed orientation session where company policies, safety protocols, production workflows, and quality benchmarks are explained. Following this, you’ll be assigned to your first rotation in a core function based on your degree background—Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial & Manufacturing. For instance, mechanical engineers may begin with production line setup and process improvement tasks, while electrical engineers may work on power systems, motor controls, and automation projects.
Throughout the training period, you will be given specific objectives, mini-projects, and problem-solving assignments related to ongoing operations. You’ll work closely with department heads and supervisors who will guide your learning path, evaluate your performance, and provide feedback. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing production bottlenecks, proposing efficiency improvements, assisting in preventive maintenance plans, and participating in quality assurance testing.
In the chemical engineering domain, you might be involved in analyzing electrolyte formulations or working with material compatibility in battery cells. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (BSc or BE) in one of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. The degree should be from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad and should meet the accreditation standards of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Proof of graduation and transcripts may be requested during the recruitment process.
Candidates must have graduated recently and should not possess more than 12 months of post-graduation work experience. This program is specifically designed for fresh graduates and aims to give them an entry-level opportunity into industrial work environments. Prior internship experience, however, is considered beneficial and can help applicants stand out during selection.
Academic performance is also a key selection factor. Applicants must have achieved a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0.
