Job Description
The Management Trainee Engineers (MTEs) program at Treet Corporation is a full-time, hands-on development opportunity tailored for fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. The role is based at the company’s modern manufacturing and assembly facility in FIEDMC M-3, Faisalabad. It offers fresh graduates a unique chance to contribute to real projects, work with senior engineers, and understand the full scope of operations across various departments.
As an MTE, you will undergo structured on-the-job training that spans various functions including production, process design, quality assurance, maintenance, R&D, and operations.
