Job Description

As a Management Trainee Finance, you will be responsible for assisting in a variety of accounting and finance functions under the guidance of senior professionals. This entry-level position is designed to provide exposure to all aspects of corporate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize database and ERP software to organize, record, and manage financial data.
  • Handle account inquiries from internal departments and external vendors.
  • Perform internal audits on financial activities and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.
  • Generate financial reports for internal management and regulatory authorities.
  • Enter payment vouchers and financial summaries including BPV, BRV, payables, and adjustment vouchers.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Support the finance team in preparing budget reports, expense summaries, and data analysis.
  • Participate in costing reviews, balance sheet reconciliation, and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
