Job Description

As a Management Trainee Finance, you will be responsible for assisting in a variety of accounting and finance functions under the guidance of senior professionals. This entry-level position is designed to provide exposure to all aspects of corporate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize database and ERP software to organize, record, and manage financial data.
Handle account inquiries from internal departments and external vendors.
Perform internal audits on financial activities and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.
Generate financial reports for internal management and regulatory authorities.
Enter payment vouchers and financial summaries including BPV, BRV, payables, and adjustment vouchers.
Assist with monthly closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Support the finance team in preparing budget reports, expense summaries, and data analysis.
Participate in costing reviews, balance sheet reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
