Job Description

The role of Management Trainee – HR at Layers Head Office, Lahore, is structured to provide participants with an entry-level, hands-on experience in Human Resources. The program spans two months and is paid, offering candidates both financial support and professional exposure during the training.

As a trainee in the HR department, the selected graduate will be involved in day-to-day HR operations such as record management, employee engagement activities, recruitment assistance, and training coordination. Tasks may include shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting senior HR officers with orientation sessions. The role also involves learning how employee data is maintained, how HR policies are applied in practice, and how communication flows within a professional office environment.
