Job Description

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program 2025 is aimed at fresh engineering graduates with a passion for learning and contributing to a high-growth FMCG environment. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and rotational assignments across core departments, gaining hands-on exposure to daily operations and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day production operations, learning about process optimization, scheduling, and equipment management.
Participate in quality control processes, ensuring that products meet internal and regulatory standards.
Support operations teams in planning, monitoring, and executing production activities efficiently.
Gain exposure to supply chain and inventory management, assisting in procurement, material handling, and stock tracking.
