Job Description

The Management Trainee Officer (Human Resource) position at Bestway Cement Limited offers a remarkable opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in various HR domains. As an MTO in the HR department, you will work closely with senior HR professionals to understand and execute organizational policies, recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance activities.   • Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations, including employee record management, attendance, and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
