Job Description

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) role involves hands-on training and rotational exposure across different departments in the textile unit. Trainees will work under the supervision of senior engineers and managers to understand and contribute to day-to-day operations in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering domains.

Key responsibilities include monitoring machinery performance, assisting in maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, and ensuring that machines operate efficiently and safely. Trainees will also help in implementing standard operating procedures, support quality control checks, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
