2. Job Description
The MTO program at Eastern Garments is designed to help young professionals start their careers in a fast-paced, export-oriented environment. Trainees will work closely with department heads and team members across key business functions such as:
- Production (Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing)
- Plant Management
- Quality Control
- Industrial Engineering
- Merchandising
- Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and project activities within assigned departments
- Learn about garment manufacturing processes and business operations
- Monitor workflows, identify issues, and propose solutions
- Contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain documentation and reports according to company procedures
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: Not required, but internships or relevant academic projects are a plus
- Age Limit: 25 years maximum
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in an industrial environment
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
