Job Description

The Unilever Pakistan MTO Program 2025 is a full-time structured training program designed for graduates and early-career professionals. It offers rotations across multiple functions, allowing participants to gain exposure, learn from experts, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing business projects.

Functional Areas Include:

  • Marketing & Brand Management: Work on iconic brands, run campaigns, analyze consumer insights, and drive brand growth strategies.
  • Human Resources: Gain experience in recruitment, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Finance & Accounts: Develop financial acumen through budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across business units.
  • Sales & Customer Development: Work with teams to manage trade channels, improve customer relationships, and drive retail growth.
  • Supply Chain & Operations: Learn end-to-end processes from procurement to logistics, ensuring smooth operations across markets.
  • Information Technology & Digital Transformation: Support digital innovation, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
