Job Description

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales Operations will support the company’s sales team by assisting in day-to-day operations, maintaining customer data, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. The trainee will be closely involved in handling customer queries, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the improvement of customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the management of customer accounts and ensuring accurate records are maintained in MS Dynamics 365.
  • Supporting the sales team by preparing reports, tracking sales activities, and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Handling initial customer inquiries with professionalism and directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Coordinating with operations and finance teams to ensure the timely processing of sales orders and payments.
  • Contributing to sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Learning and applying company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide efficient support.

This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the workings of a sales operations department. The trainee will gain practical knowledge of customer relationship management, business processes, and the importance of communication in building long-term client trust.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the role of MTO – Sales Operations, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or another relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to six months of prior experience in sales, customer service, or operations will be given preference.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software is required. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also expected.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English are essential. The candidate should be able to interact with clients professionally and draft accurate reports.
