2. Job Description
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals to join our Management Trainee / Trainee Engineer Program at our denim plant in Lahore. This is a structured, full-time training program intended for fresh graduates in Textile Engineering, with specialization in Weaving, Processing, or Composite disciplines.
The training program offers hands-on exposure to our weaving and processing units, along with insights into production planning, supply chain integration, and client interaction. Selected candidates will be assigned roles based on their area of interest — either Production or Marketing — and will undergo rotation-based learning across key departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers and production managers in day-to-day plant operations
- Learn standard operating procedures related to denim manufacturing
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes
- Work with marketing and production teams on order processing and client requirements
- Monitor machine efficiency, material usage, and maintenance schedules
- Analyze performance data and suggest improvements
- Take part in team meetings, report writing, and project coordination
- Develop an understanding of international textile standards and compliance systems
- Support sustainability and safety initiatives within the plant
- Participate in training sessions and performance reviews
This position offers practical knowledge of industrial operations, production floor management, and customer relationship handling. The goal is to prepare candidates for future supervisory or managerial roles in a textile manufacturing setup.
3. Eligibility Criteria
We are hiring fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to grow in a structured professional setting.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, with specialization in Weaving, Processing, or Composite
- Candidates must have completed their degree from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience:
- 0 to 3 months of experience (including internships)
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of textile production processes, especially weaving or fabric processing
- Interest in either Production or Marketing within the textile sector
- Willingness to learn and adapt to factory environments
- Basic understanding of textile quality standards, machine operation, and ERP systems is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team
- Willing to work shifts if required by production schedule
