Job Description:
We’re looking for a Manager Design & Engineering (SOLAR) who will be responsible for managing the complete design lifecycle of solar PV systems—from initial surveys to final execution. The role involves hands-on engineering, coordination across departments, and a focus on large-scale energy solutions.
Responsibilities include:

PV system design and sizing

Site surveys and voltage cable sizing
-
Working with LV/MV switchgear, SCADA, and distribution transformers

Selecting solar mechanical structures
-
Estimating components for industrial solar projects
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
-
BSc/BE in Electrical Engineering (required)
-
MSc/ME in Engineering (preferred)
Experience:
-
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Solar PV design for commercial or industrial applications
Technical Proficiency:
-
Deep understanding of solar design and civil engineering basics
-
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, Helioscope, and MS Project
Soft Skills:
-
Strong coordination and team collaboration abilities
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
