Job Description
The role of Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) is designed for a professional who can combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure seamless operations of electrical and instrumentation systems within Pinnacle Fiber’s facility in Nooriabad, Sindh. The position demands a proactive and detail-oriented engineer capable of handling large teams, leading preventive maintenance programs, and managing electrical & automation projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising engineers, supervisors, and technicians while ensuring that the company’s E&I systems are maintained at peak performance. This includes overseeing routine and emergency troubleshooting, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and reducing downtime across plant operations.
In addition, the role requires strong project management skills. The Manager – E&I will be directly involved in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to system upgrades, control system installations, and modifications to improve plant reliability and performance. These projects must be completed within set timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement form the backbone of this role. The Manager – E&I must ensure that all electrical and instrumentation activities are carried out in strict adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational safety protocols.
Another critical responsibility involves training and mentoring the technical team. The Manager is expected to design and implement skill development programs, conduct training sessions on the latest E&I practices, and encourage a culture of excellence and accountability among staff members.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the role of Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) at Pinnacle Fiber, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in managing electrical and instrumentation systems within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Prior experience in handling large-scale operations and team leadership is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and logic development.
- Hands-on expertise with SCADA systems, VFDs, control panels, and advanced instrumentation systems.
- Strong background in calibration, system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
- Leadership Competencies: Demonstrated ability to lead engineers, supervisors, and technicians in a structured industrial setting. Must be capable of assigning responsibilities, monitoring outcomes, and motivating teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues under pressure.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale electrical and instrumentation projects from planning to execution within strict timelines and budgets.
- Compliance and Safety: In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and health & safety practices related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
