Job Description
The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of HR operations at Sitara Chemical Industries Ltd. This senior position requires strategic oversight of human capital management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, compliance, and policy development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Managing performance appraisal systems and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Developing HR policies, documentation, and reporting mechanisms for effective governance.
- Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
- Monitoring HR metrics and maintaining workforce data for planning and decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria
