Job Description

The Manager Quality Assurance will play a critical role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001 standards. The position requires close collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain strict adherence to quality protocols and drive improvements in processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct audits and inspections of paper and corrugation manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee supplier/vendor relationships to ensure compliance with raw material specifications.
Ensure continuous improvements in product quality while adhering to industry standards and customer expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering/Quality/Industrial Management).
Experience: 5+ years of professional quality assurance experience.
Industry Requirement: Experience in paper or corrugated manufacturing is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
