Job Description
The Manager Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development at Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent management — from hiring and onboarding to performance enhancement and leadership development. The position requires a well-rounded HR professional who understands both the strategic and operational dimensions of people management in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates. Manage sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen Dawn Foods’ reputation as an employer of choice through campus partnerships, career fairs, online presence, and creative digital outreach initiatives.
- Organizational Development: Design and implement OD programs aimed at enhancing productivity, leadership, and employee satisfaction. Facilitate change management initiatives and process improvements to align with business goals.
- Learning and Development: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs based on competency frameworks and business requirements. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted interventions to build workforce capability.
- Performance Management: Manage the annual performance cycle by setting clear objectives, ensuring fairness, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Employee Engagement: Create and lead initiatives that enhance workplace culture, promote collaboration, and improve employee morale. Plan engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programs.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Manager Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development position must meet the following criteria:

- Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development roles. Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector will be a significant advantage.
