Project Controls Manager – Alamein, Egypt

As Project Controls Manager, you will lead the development and management of the overall project controls function, which includes scheduling, cost control, budgeting, and risk analysis. Landscape Architect – Cairo, Egypt

3. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the listed positions at Hill International in Egypt, candidates should meet the following general and role-specific qualifications:


General Requirements for All Roles:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Sciences, Project Management, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 7–15 years of industry experience depending on the role
  • Proven ability to work in multinational teams and multicultural environments
  • Familiarity with international codes, standards, and project delivery methodologies

Project Controls Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of cost estimation, scheduling (Primavera P6), and budget forecasting
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts and large-scale infrastructure projects

Landscape Architect

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in design and construction of urban landscapes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with sustainable design principles and site development

HSE Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Management, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in construction HSE leadership roles
  • NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent safety credentials
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 and environmental compliance requirements

Senior Planning Engineer

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Strong command of Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and translate them into executable schedules

4. Location

These opportunities are based in the following cities in Egypt:

  • Alamein – For Project Controls Manager
  • Cairo – For Landscape Architect, HSE Manager, and Senior Planning Engineer

Candidates must be willing to work on-site and travel locally if needed as part of project coordination responsibilities.
