Job Description
The company is hiring three Software Engineers at different experience levels: Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior. Selected candidates will work onsite as part of a collaborative engineering team, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of modern software applications.
Software Engineers will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, participating in system design discussions, debugging complex issues, and improving application performance. Depending on the role level, engineers will take ownership of features, mentor junior team members, or support ongoing development tasks under senior guidance.
The role requires hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language or framework, such as Python with Django, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Engineers will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions within defined timelines while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
This is an evening shift, on-site role, ideal for professionals comfortable working in a structured night schedule while collaborating with international or distributed teams.

Senior Software Engineer
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
- Monthly Salary: PKR 350,000
Mid-Level Software Engineer
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience
- Monthly Salary: PKR 220,000
Junior Software Engineer
- Minimum 1+ years of professional experience
- Monthly Salary: PKR 120,000
Total Openings: 3 Positions (Senior, Mid-Level, Junior)
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria.
Applicants should have strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages or frameworks, including but not limited to Python/Django, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Senior candidates must demonstrate strong system design skills, leadership ability, and experience handling complex software projects.
Mid-Level candidates should be capable of independent development and contributing to feature-level ownership.
Junior candidates must have at least one year of hands-on development experience and a strong willingness to learn and grow under guidance.
Candidates must be available for on-site work and able to attend on-site interviews in Karachi or Islamabad.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and professional work ethics are essential for all levels.
