Position 1: Assistant Manager – Market Research
Key Responsibilities
The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly market intelligence reports covering PTA, PX, and polymer markets. The incumbent will track global price movements, supply-demand balances, market spreads, and premiums while maintaining accurate market databases.
The position also supports the commodity trading function by assisting with pricing models, margin calculations, scenario analysis, and forecasting. The role includes evaluating contract versus spot purchasing decisions and identifying arbitrage opportunities.
In addition, the candidate will support research related to tariffs, regulatory changes, trade policies, and new business opportunities within the petrochemical value chain. Analytical presentations and reports for senior management are also part of this role.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business
- 1–2+ years of experience in commodity trading, market research, or petrochemical analytics
- Strong knowledge of PTA, PX, and polymer markets preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Position 2: Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Planning)
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Planning) will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities for plant operations. The role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, efficient shutdowns, and smooth turnaround activities within a process industry environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE / BSc Mechanical Engineering
- 6–8 years of experience in Planning and Contracts within a reputable process industry
- Hands-on experience with MAXIMO or equivalent CMMS
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
- Ability to work during shutdowns and plant turnarounds
Position 3: Management Trainee Mechanical
Role Overview
