Job Description

The Market Quality Engineer – P2 at Haier is responsible for ensuring product quality and market reliability through detailed analysis of defective units, returns, and customer feedback. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong coordination skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure the receipt and analysis of defective units and parts, and share feedback with LQA and LQC teams for corrective actions.
Monitor MR (Material Return) ratios through detailed teardown analysis to identify recurring defects and implement preventive measures.
Ensure proper stock receiving as per purchase orders and prioritize the sale of overaged MRU units to optimize inventory.
Prepare weekly and monthly stack reports for MRU sales and overaging control, ensuring accurate documentation.
Conduct market visits to identify root causes of product or process issues and provide effective solutions.
Share market feedback with LOA and LQC teams to drive process and product improvements, coordinating closely with BRD for improvement projects.
Participate in weekly and monthly BRD meetings, ensuring timely fulfillment of requirements and tracking of improvement initiatives.
Collect and analyze market data from CSD (Customer Service Data) to support business planning, budgeting, and quality enhancement projects.
Prepare business plans, market loss reports, and complete tasks assigned by the QA Manager in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Conduct MRU sales monitoring to ensure compliance with company policies and minimize losses due to product overaging.
Continuously analyze data to identify trends, recurring problems, and opportunities for process optimization.
Support internal audits and quality assessments, providing technical insights and recommendations for corrective actions.

This position requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively interact with market teams, technical teams, and management. Eligibility Criteria
